Getting started can be intimidating, whether its making sure you get yourself there, gym anxiety or lack of knowledge and confidence in what to do and how to do it, know that everyone in there has been in your shoes. This is one of the scenarios where having a 1-2-1 coach is really beneficial. 1-2-1 coaching means you’ll have me by your side during these moments to disperse the nerves, making sure that you know exactly what to do and how to do it to build up your confidence in those first few months, helping you incorporate exercise into your lifestyle. If you are looking to work towards any particular skills whether that be Olympic lifts, or gymnastics/callisthenics movements this is also a great option for you as real-time feedback on technique and spotting through movement patterns is particularly useful for skill development.
This program includes exercise demonstration videos, video feedback and technique checks, weekly check ins, coaching calls, nutritional guidance and education, mobility videos, recipe books, educational videos, daily support, and accountability checks.
